Prof. Wang Jinfu, Xi'an Shiyou University

Wang Jinfu, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1978, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a doctoral degree in management and is a professor. The current President of Xi’an Shiyou University. Responsible for administrative work. In charge of the Party and Government Office and the Audit Department. Contact the School of Earth Science and Engineering. I started working in April 2004. Formerly served as the head of the Policy Research Office of the Party Committee of Xi’an Engineering University, Deputy Director of the Development Planning Department, Director of the Policy Research Office, Dean of the School of Management, and Director of the Development Planning Department. From August 2012 to August 2013, I worked as a visiting scholar at Columbia University, a prestigious Ivy League university in the United States. From August 2015 to July 2016, I worked as a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University for the Western Light. From May 2018 to December 2023, served as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi’an Engineering University. In December 2018, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Workers Association. In January 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Degree Management and Graduate Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the Deputy Director of the Office of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council (on secondment). In December 2023, he was appointed as the President of Xi’an Shiyou University.

Prof. Cheng Yongqing, Xi'an Shiyou University

Cheng Yongqing, male, Han nationality, born in March 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, bachelor of law, senior engineer. He is currently a member of the party committee and vice president of Xi’an Shiyou University. In charge of teacher work Department, teacher Development Center (High-level Talent Office), personnel Department, College of continuing Education, periodical Center. Contact the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the College of New Energy. He went to work in July 1990. He has successively served as Deputy Director, Director, Division Chief and Deputy Director of personnel Department Reform Office of Xi’an Petroleum University (formerly Xi’an Petroleum Institute), Deputy Director and Director of bidding Office (during which he also served as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Engineering Construction headquarters of the new campus), Director of personnel. In October 2018, he was appointed member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi’an Shiyou University.

Meixia Xiao, Xi'an Shiyou University

Meixia Xiao, female from Weihai, Shandong, was born in March 1982. She is doctor of Engineering, and now works in College of New Energy, Xi’an Shiyou University as Professor. Prof. Xiao has been engaged in teaching and research of new energy materials and semiconductors for a long time. She is the leader of the Department of New Energy Materials and Devices of Xi’an Shiyou University. She has published more than 20 papers in SCI indexed journals, such as Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics, Chemical Physics Letters, Solid State communications, Journal of Applied Physics, Acta Physica Sinica, Modern Physics Letters B. She co-published 1 translation and 1 monograph with Professor Jiang Qing of Jilin University. Prof. Xiao is also the director and professional of more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research and education reform projects. In 2021, she won the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Colleges and Universities.
